About me
I am a fully qualified, BACP-registered psychotherapist practising in line with their ethical framework. Offering online therapy in a supportive and confidential space. I work remotely, allowing you to access therapy from the comfort of your own home or anywhere you feel at ease.
I take an integrative approach to therapy, drawing on a range of established models including Person-Centred, Cognitive Behavioural, Psychodynamic, and Attachment-based approaches. This allows me to tailor therapy to your individual needs, rather than taking a one-size-fits-all approach.
At the heart of my work is building a warm, collaborative relationship where you feel heard, understood, and supported. Together, we will explore what has brought you to therapy, looking at your current thoughts and emotions alongside past experiences, relationships, and cultural influences that may be shaping your life.
I work with empathy and compassion, supporting you to develop practical coping strategies, regain emotional balance, and work towards the changes you would like to make. I believe therapy can help foster self-awareness, resilience, and a sense of empowerment, enabling you to move forward with greater clarity and confidence.
