Sessions are held online, allowing you to attend from your own home or wherever you feel most comfortable.

Sessions are priced from £45 each.
If you are experiencing financial difficulty, please don’t hesitate to let me know, as reduced rates may be available and can be discussed confidentially.

Sessions are offered on a weekly basis, subject to availability. Please get in touch to enquire about current openings or to arrange a free 15-minute introductory call.
